The Young Scientist Journal is a platform created for young people aged 13–18 who are passionate about science, discovery, and innovation. Our mission is to give young researchers, thinkers, and science communicators a place to publish their work, share their ideas, and contribute to the scientific conversation.
This journal highlights the creativity and curiosity of young scientists. We welcome writing across all scientific fields, including biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, astronomy, engineering, medicine, psychology, and technology. Whether you are conducting your own experiments, exploring scientific concepts, reviewing research, or writing about scientific issues that matter to you, this journal is designed to showcase your voice.
Each edition will be shown quarterly, beginning on October 1st, which each edition containing one or two pieces of work from more professional sources such as certified scientists.
Integrity is central to scientific work. All submissions must be original and properly cited, with clear references for any research, data, quotations, or external ideas used. Good science depends on honesty, clarity, and accurate attribution.
Made by young scientists
NextGen Science was made entirely by young scientists and each edition is carefully edited through a thorough process led by our team. After this if reviews are necessary then we go to our older members who then further check and edit.
